" After ordering my lenses and not receiving them after two months and many emails they have finally arrived. Really BAD service. will never use them again. Many BETTER competitors on the internet to choose from. "

" Although the time between payment and receipt of lenses can be poor, on the whole I received fairly good service from this company and I have been shopping with them for 6+ years. HOWEVER, I RECENTLY PLACED AN INCORRECT ORDER AND REQUIRED A REFUND. I RETURNED THE ITEMS EXACTLY AS INSTRUCTED AND 3 WEEKS WENT BY WITHOUT ANY REFUND. I HAVE EMAILED AND TRIED TO PHONE BUT IF ANYONE DOES ANSWER THE PHONE THEY THEN PRETEND THEY CANNOT HEAR YOU AND CUT YOU OFF. EMAILS ARE NOT ANSWERED EITHER DESPITE THEIR WEBSITE ASSURANCE THAT THIS WILL BE WITHIN 24 HOURS. IF I EVER GET MY MONEY BACK I WILL NOT SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN! "

" I have placed 11 orders with Lensplanet and only on one occasion was there any delay, which was only for a week. For my last order, it was placed last Friday and arrived to me today on Tuesday. Although I cannot counter the negative reviewers and their experiences, I would highly recommend this company. "

" STAY AWAY FROM LENSPLANET!!!! This company is a disgrace. They charged my credit card within 24 hours, but even five weeks later no contact lenses. The customer service guy answering emails is always "Andrew" (he must be working 24/7) and the text is usually the exact same, no matter what my request was. All legal claims need to be made in Mumbai, India and the company hasn't had a phone number for the last two years. I am still taking legal action. I have also informed as many newspapers as I could find because, as the other reviewer wrote, this company should be shut down. "

" I've placed three orders with the company, once in January, April, and now in May 08. I've had no problems, and delivery has been quick within a couple of days. I can only assume that you'll have a problem if the company doesn't have the lenses you want readily in stock. So i guess emailing first to make sure they have the lenses would be adviseable, and using a credit card instead of a debit card would also be prudent. "

" I have also been ripped off by these people. They dont respond to e-mails and have taken my money and not sent anything. They should be reported and shut down. "

" More than three months since they took my money and still haven't had the year's supply of lenses I ordered. Fortunately paid with my credit card so have just got my money back through them, but not from the company, so won't be using LensPlanet again. Disappointing as have ordered from them successfully in the past. "

" 6 weeks since they took my money and still no lenses. Countless emails and faxes sent (since there is no way of calling them) to no avail. do not use under any circumstances. "
