I have had a fantastic afternoon with my new toy! It has cleaned my oven brilliantly, no scrubbing at all, my tiles in my bathroom are gleaming and my windows are sparkling. I was dubious at first i didn't think it was doing anything but it's great. it's only downfall is the extention hose, it does seem a bit flimsy. What a super little steamer, the steam seem to go on for ages. Very happy customer
