"after placing an order on saturday 13th june i received an email on 15th june to confirm that the order i made had been placed and the status showed as being dispatched order number 1B1 65536 it stated that it would take two working days to recieve the delivery by the 18th june i had not recieved anything so went on to check my emails again but there was no further word so clicked in to my orginal email and clicked on the link for my account details and it brought up someone elses details i then phoned to question this then couldnt explain why this happened and told me the only email they sent to me was to say they couldnt find my address- i didnt get any such email. for me to get my order i would have to place it again but as it was being purchased as a gift it would have arrived too late and for next day delivery they were going to charge me £6.95. i thought this was ridiculous service. "

"I was promised my order no later than Saturday morning and my delivery instructions were to leave with a neighbour if no one was at home. Nothing. Not a chance. Tuesday, the postman put a card through the door informing us that he had tried to deliver a parcel but as no one was at home had to take it away as there was money to pay on delivery. Collected it from the post office Wednesday to find that NO POSTAGE had been paid! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
