"Excellent customer service. I ordered a riding coat for my wife for Christmas, but got the wrong one. Because she didn't use it straight away, we didn't notice until February, by which time I'd lost the receipt and all the packaging. Paysan helped me to work out a way to send it back and replace it with the right garment."

"I liked the fact that you could enter an offer or choose to pay the full amount; this was because this website was the cheapest place that i could find anyway and they let me know when the item was back in stock. Really good service and a easy to use website."

"Really impressent with price, ease of service and 'make an offer' function. I have been looking for a TV stand for my new Plasma for a while so when i came across Paysan and their prices (1/2 what others were charging - at least) I was astounded, even Ebay could not compete. Top score!!"

"Decided to shop at Paysan due to the competitive pricing which dropped even further as they invited offers (unlimited). Navigation through the pages was easy including address entry through the PostCode. Everything explicit and clear.
