"I ordered an original Canon tripod clamp ring on 9th September, received confirmation on the same day and was advised on the 10th that the item had been ordered and that delivery would be between 5-8 days. It was received 17th September. I consider this to be excellent service considering that is was despatched from Hong Kong and when I require further items will not hesitate to order from them again.
