The Olympus complementary optical wide-angle lens reduces the existing focal length by a factor of 0.7 without changing the aperture, allowing a wider field of view. For Olympus CAMEDIA C-5050 zoom and C-4000 zoom, a CLA-1 adapter and SUR4355 lens conversion ring are required. For Olympus CAMEDIA C-740/750 Ultra Zoom the CLA4 adapter is required.
