HOW ARE ITEMS DELIVERED? UK: Your items are sent by Home Delivery Network between the hours of 0700-1900 Monday-Friday. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified HDNL will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery. International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required.

Info RETURNING ITEMS TO STORES, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS If you purchased products online and you'd like to exchange or return them to one of our stores (this excludes concession stores), you must bring with you a copy of the invoice we sent to your email address. The invoice will give our staff the information they need in order to process your request. Please be aware that your refund will not be processed in store as your information will be forwarded to the relevant department. This process may take up to 8-10 working days. If items are exchanged in store, please be aware that our store policy will apply. The exchanged items are non refundable and you will have 28 days to exchange or claim a credit note. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We'll refund the delivery charge on unwanted goods where you notify us, other than by telephone, within 7 days of receipt of your intention to cancel.
