"I seem to be in the minority, but on requesting the seller price-match an item I had found significantly cheaper on another site my request was rudely dismissed by the sales agent. I don't object to being told they won't price- match but as a customer keen to purchase, I would have hoped for better. Agents must understand the great power of online review sites like this one!"
