Since buying this product, I now would not be without it. I steam all my floors, both laminate and amtico and kardean flooring with no problems and as a breeder of cats it is invaluable to me to be able to sanatize my flooring. It is quicker than using mop and bucket and does not leave any streaks on the floor. No chemicals needed either which is a plus. Keep up the good work, Home Tek.

Does not glide easy on vinyl (hard work) and the kitchen floor did not look clean after using. Mop and bucket much better! On carpets it failed to make a difference on even the simpliest of stains caused by mud. I returned product as it basically does not do what it claims.
