"Excellent choice and value but badly let down by delivery. Twice now my parcel has failed to arrive and the fact that Cheapsmells will not investigate until the eighth working day doesn't help. All the stuff I ordered 2 weeks ago for my holiday has disappeared and I don't have time to re-order from Cheapsmells or any other online retailer so will have to get the items locally from a shop- very frustrating and expensive. I will not be using them again."
