"Well, it was all looking so good, until I got the message "500) We are temporarily unable to respond to your request. Please try again in a couple of minutes" once I'd entered my credit card details. It's a pity you couldn't have warned me before entering my order that there were technical problems obtaining payment authorisation. Do I close the window or tell you, as you request in the popup, what I am shopping for? Having closed the popup I find I have a confirmation message for my order. So have I ordered or haven't I? If I re-enter my details will I get two? Or will I just get charged for two? Most unsatisfactory, all in all. I'm far from comfortable with this sequence of events. "

"I ordered something with gift wrapping and it arrived without the wrapping that I paid extra for. They never responded to my email requesting a refund for the packaging. You have been warned."
