Compact, powerful, fast, includes pan and griddle
Review From: Peter Maughan, 26-Dec-2007
This is a powerful and robust cooker, suitable for everyday use. You'll be surprised how quick it is, so be careful when you first get it; I had one or two burnt-on pans to start with. The temperature control is useful for cooking in oil. Turn off temperature control for boiling in water, when it is possible to control the rate of boiling (The instruction leaflet is not clear on this point.) There is also a timer, which works independently of whether temparature control is on or off. Includes a pan with glass lid and a griddle, so you can get started even if you don't have any other pans suitable for induction cooking. It's my favourite cooker. I previously had a cheap induction hob of Spanish origin which stopped working and I couldn't get repaired but this Belling has not let me down.
