Like previous some previous reviewers I bought this unit to replace my BOSE which had started to malfunction. Overall good value for the price although sound quality not quite as good as the BOSE in CD mode. The only gripe with this unit is the touch panel control. It appears to have a mind of it's own, particularly after the unit has just been turned on eg after turning on the set time/sleep display continues to flash and other controls will not work. Contacted Roberts about he problem who suggested trunting down the touch panel sensitivity. This actually made the problem worse. Eventually exchanged the unit for another of the same, so far so good
